Human Resources Manager
Established Eldercare provider seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide service in all areas of HR, including but not limited to:
· Recruitment and Staffing
· Benefits Administration
· Workers Compensation and Safety
· Leave of Absences and ADA
· Wage and Hour Compliance
· Employee Compensation
· Employee Relations, Recognition and Performance Management
· Records Administration and Regulatory Agency Response
This individual will maintain and improve processes for attracting and retaining employees, ensuring the fair, equitable treatment of employees and ensuring compliance with wage & hour, employment and health & safety regulations.
This individual will partner with care facility Management to ensure cost effective and appropriate administration of Human Resource policies, processes, and programs. Individual will provide direct support to Department Managers and interact with and engage employees at all levels.
This individual must have the ability to work independently and provide broad based service contributing at all levels from conceptual through completion of basic administrative tasks. Must be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiar with computerized systems for time & attendance, scheduling, employee training and payroll. Must have well developed investigative, problem solving, and analytic abilities as well as demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum five years Human Resource management experience. Familiarity with Residential Care Facility for the Elderly operations a big plus.

Salary - $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annualized
