Human Resource Specialist
Pay : Up to $70K
Location : Marlborough
Key responsibilities :
- Guide improvements in Human Resources department by monitoring policies and procedures, best practices, compliance, etc.
- Refinement of internal recruitment process, including generating / updating job descriptions, managing job boards, and refining the hiring process across departments
- Support employees through the entire employee life cycle including on-boarding new hires, off-boarding terminations, updating role changes by obtaining and reviewing necessary documents, processing into the HRIS and internal filing systems, and creating HRIS profiles
- Conduct satisfaction surveys / interviews for new employees within their first 90 days
- Respond to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct initial fact-finding regarding HR complaints or claims
- Monitor the HR email inbox for incoming requests and external inquiries
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation including census data and other reports as needed
- Process and review I-9’s
- Participate in annual review of wages
- Participate in annual review of Employee Handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned
