Day to Day:
The Director of HR will report into the AVP of People Operations. They will oversee 4 HR Business Partners and support the creation of policies/processes that will promote an engaged workforce. This organization is in the Higher Education industry with around 2,500 employees. The HR Director will strive towards goals on engaging team members to reduce attrition, promote an inclusive culture of trust, and accountability.
Must Have Skill Set:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field , Master’s is highly preferred
SHRM or PHR
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR
4+ in a leadership role Strong communication skills
Experience leading up to 4 HRBPs
Experience in a large environments of 1000+ employees
Experience with contact centers or call center employees
Familiarity with Title 9
Annual Compensation:
120,000 - 140,000
