Our client, a leading financial services firm in Los Angeles, is hiring a Human Resources Director that will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role is critical in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the firm’s growth, culture, and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance review processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Learning & Development: Create and manage training programs to foster employee growth and leadership development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation strategy, ensuring it remains competitive and in line with market standards. Administer employee benefits programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within finance or professional services is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic focus.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Salary range of $175k-$225k+++ DOE along with a strong bonus and comprehensive benefits.
