General Description
As a key member of the executive team, you will be instrumental in leading the daily operations and administration of the organization. Reporting directly to the President, your role will involve managing operational aspects such as risk management, facilities, maintenance, human resources, and information technology. You will ensure smooth policy implementation, foster a positive work environment, and drive strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s mission. Your focus on efficiency, compliance, and growth will be crucial in shaping the future of the organization and its impact on the community.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operational roles within mid-sized organizations with 300+ employees.
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and achieve strategic goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience in analyzing complex issues and developing innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) and/or bicultural (Latino).
- Knowledge of philanthropy or public grants.
Operational Leadership
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead internal operations and work closely with the President and management team to build a culture of organizational excellence.
- Manage core internal functions including compliance, risk, assets, technology, and human resources.
- Ensure seamless coordination among departments and align operational activities with strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Risk Management And Compliance
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Facility And Asset Management
- Develop strategies for facility management that maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management of company assets and lead initiatives to enhance their performance and return on investment.
Human Resources And Talent Management
- Oversee HR functions with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Foster a high-performance culture and implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
IT Strategy And Management
- Oversee IT strategies to support operational capabilities and ensure robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
- Support IT leadership in utilizing technology to meet strategic goals.
Financial Management
- Partner with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies that drive excellence and profitability.
- Collaborate in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
Strategic Planning And Execution
- Work with the President and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives for business growth and market expansion.
- Evaluate trends in funding and non-profit sectors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
