Description
We are eager to bring a competent HR Coordinator on board, who will be a part of our construction and contractor industry team based in Austin, Texas. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties revolving around the recruitment process, employee records management, HR events coordination, and HR metrics analysis.
Responsibilities
- Undertake the onboarding of new employees, encompassing orientation, documentation, and ensuring their smooth integration into the company culture.
- Oversee and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Plan and coordinate HR events and training sessions, including logistical arrangements and communication tasks.
- Address and assist in resolving HR-related issues raised by employees.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a HR Coordinator role or similar
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
