HR Associate II
We are looking for an experienced healthcare HR Associate II with full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience. The primary responsibilities of the HR Associate II is to ensure the company of identifying, attracting, and hiring the most qualified pool of candidates for employment needs. This role acts as a liaison between the organization and applicants, especially for roles that are hard to fill and require a list of special qualifications. A successful HR Associate II will frequently collaborate with department managers and proactively identify candidates for future hiring needs in an effort to contribute to the success of appropriately staffing all departments throughout the organization. The role is to process applications, schedule interviews and manage new hire paperwork and also assist with onboarding candidates and transitioning candidates/employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborating with hiring managers in an effort to identify the best candidates for their available employment positions

Faciliate manager/candidate interviewing process

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Advertise employment opportunities via internal and external job boards

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job etc

Source and recruit candidates by networking via social media

Manage data in our applicant tracking system

Facilitate and schedule interviews daily

Strategize on best practices for recruiting efforts

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Onboard new hires

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
BASIC SKILLS:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or a staffing agency) in the healthcare field

Solid ability to assess candidates for employment that aligns with their skills & personality
