Job Description: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Katy, TX, 77493
Skills Required: Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions
- Assisting with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers and employees
- Assisting with performance management, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Bi-lingual preferred
