Strategic Director of Human Resources

The Strategic Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives, while providing expert guidance to senior leadership on key HR matters. Core responsibilities will primarily focus on the strategy behind the corporate HR initiatives such as Recruitment, Employee retention, Competitive Analysis as well as competitive Benefits packages.
In addition to these duties, the role encompasses the strategic management of performance systems, as well as maintaining communications and presenting with Leadership regarding the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulations. The Strategic Director of Human Resources will also identify organizational training needs, coordinate professional development initiatives, monitor key HR metrics, and deliver regular, insightful reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze trends and competitive practices and benefits within the industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
