We're looking for HR Consultants to take on various short term contracts and projects with our manufacturing clients. The types of projects could vary in terms, compensation, and HR functions.

As an HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing clients by providing strategic HR guidance and solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, develop tailored HR strategies, and implement best practices to drive organizational success. From talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and workforce development, you could be tasked to cover any aspect of HR operations to help our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive HR assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with client objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Advise on organizational design, structure, and workforce planning to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative HR solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
