The HR Admin provides essential support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining efficiency in administrative tasks. This role is responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including payroll reporting, scheduling, reporting, and employment engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll and Expense Management:
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll reports
- Manage and report monthly expenses
Documentation and Compliance:
- Manage and organize the HR drive as needed
- File emails and documents
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organize and schedule trainings monthly
- Handle employment verification as needed
- Send benefit emails to new hires weekly
Reporting and Audits:
- Run bi-weekly reports for payroll and ad-hoc reports weekly
- Prepare occasional audit reports
Engagement and Communication:
- Lead company-wide engagement initiatives monthly
HR System and Process Management:
- Set up state taxes weekly
- Manage training via our HRIS, Paylocity
- Process unemployment claims
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Supply and support their own internet services.
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
