We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits and Enrollment Specialist to become a part of our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations by analyzing enrollment data from our clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include the initial upload of patient information and the ongoing management of month-to-month changes involving enrollment modifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in close collaboration with clients, the Account Management team, and our internal development teams to effectively oversee the processes of data uploads and validation, ensuring that all information is accurate and efficiently managed.
- Working hand-in-hand with both finance and account management teams to guarantee that the reporting of enrollment figures and utilization metrics is precise month over month.
- Actively keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes to maintain compliance
- Compiling and preparing detailed reports and engaging presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that complex data is communicated clearly and effectively to facilitate informed decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or related field within a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, with intermediate skills in reporting.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and benefit structures.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and validation techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000/year, depending on experience.
