Deliver HR support on a full range and complexity of HR challenges and opportunities in an ever-changing environment. Provide research, answers and follow-up on daily inquiries from employees and supervisors of policies, procedures and HR processes. This is a remote position that can be done from any of the approved states* listed below. Hours of operation are 7:00am-4:00pm MST Monday through Friday. Salary is $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
Our office is located in Fort Collins, CO. This position can be in-office, remote* (in approved states), or a hybrid of the two.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the HRIS Administrator, managing all aspects of personnel administration through ADP.
- Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting as well as responds to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Manages the onboarding and offboarding process working closely with department leads and managers.
- Manages Leave and Benefit Administration.
- Assists the Director of HR with research and specific projects as needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of directly applicable Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a tech startup or hyper growth environment.
- Ability to act with integrity and maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity of federal, state and local employment law, including ADA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with ADP and Workable preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

Madwire’s PTO policy offers unlimited vacation, eligibility to participate in this policy is effective 90 days after employment. Additionally, Madwire provides 5 sick days and 10 paid holidays per year.
