We are seeking a motivated, positive, and self-driven People & Culture Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role is essential in fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture at Cramer. As a key player in our talent and development programs, you’ll manage initiatives spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and cultural development. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and deeply committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace.
This role is based in-office in Norwood, MA 4 days/week.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Coordinate and oversee the Ambassador, Intern, and Extern programs, ensuring smooth execution and a great experience for all participants
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Source top talent through multiple channels and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews to provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain an organized and efficient hiring process.
Onboarding
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
- Lead new hire onboarding operations, including scheduling and program facilitation.
- Conduct engaging orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a positive start.
Employee Communications
- Manage internal communications, including biweekly Cramer Comms and additional ad hoc updates.
Company Meetings & Events
- Provide logistical and administrative support for company meetings and events to ensure successful planning and execution.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize and coordinate employee recognition programs and initiatives.
- Administer quarterly pulse surveys to monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and execute cultural events such as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Rare Disease Awareness Day, Black History Month, and Women’s History Month.
- Assist in planning and executing company-wide events to foster team connection and engagement.
- Lead initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace matters.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in human resources, recruiting, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software (experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus).
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster relationships across diverse teams.
- Genuine commitment to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
- Experience coordinating events or programs is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
