Twin Lakes is seeking a Benefits & Resources Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional support to employees, retirees, members, and the community. Based at our corporate office in Gainesboro, Tennessee, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Twin Lakes' vision and fostering a culture rooted in growth and excellence. In this role, you will manage various benefit programs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records while providing essential support to employees and retirees. Key responsibilities include coordinating benefits administration, managing employee records, supporting recruitment and community initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
Functions and Abilities of the Position*:
§ Coordinates and aids in administration of employee benefit programs.
§ Manages employee relations, fosters positive interactions, maintains detailed records, and ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
§ Responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring up-to-date information for effective benefits administration and support.
§ Manages employee data with strict adherence to entry protocols for performance, benefits, and other HR processes, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
§ Updates employee information related to wage rates and deductions, ensuring alignment with company policies and records.
§ Conducts audits of employee programs, benefits, and related records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with federal and state requirements.
§ Preparation of reports to support program administration and management.
§ Responsible for tracking employee participation across various programs to assess overall utilization.
§ Prepares purchase orders; manages distribution and tracking of office supply inventory.
§ Must possess an understanding of human resource principles, including benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
§ Must be proficient in utilizing software for data analysis and reporting, supporting metrics, budgeting, and trend analysis.
§ Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions.
§ Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (a degree in human resources or a related field is preferred). At least one year of human resources experience is also preferred but not required. The successful candidate must obtain and maintain a valid Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification in both Excel and Word.
