Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain records accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the accounting industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and data.
