The HR Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

Hourly Rate: $23.00- $25.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required

Two (2) Years of HR Experience

Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Suites

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Typing and filing skills

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation and means of communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years of HR Experience

Bookkeeping and mathematical aptitude

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites

Performance Responsibilities:

Perform clerical duties as directed.
Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies. Greet and direct visitors.
Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence.
Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public in a courteous manner.
Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports, and files as required.
Must be in proper business attire as directed by company officials, and identification badges must always be visible.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.
Utilize company and client equipment, supplies, and resources conscientiously and cost-effectively.
Data Entry
Basic Compliance Filings (state annual reports, local business tax). Perform other duties as requested.
