Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, managing job postings, and coordinating the hiring process for various project teams through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

You will report directly to the CEO and be a key player in maintaining a positive employee experience by addressing questions about benefits, preparing job offers, and supporting the overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding: Use Gusto to onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

- Employee Support:Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR-related matters.

- Job Postings:Create and manage job postings on various job boards, including Indeed.

- Gig Offers:Prepare gig offers on Upwork and Fiverr for different project teams. Review and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and propose top candidates to project managers.

- Hiring Coordination:Assist in the hiring process, including reviewing offers, conducting interviews, and finalizing hires. Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded into company processes.

- Documentation:Occasionally document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to support the HR function.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to onboarding, recruiting, and employee benefits.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Familiarity with the software mentioned above is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
