Production Automation Corp (PAC) a Leading National Distributor of production supplies and equipment serving markets in the Medical Device, Semiconductor, Aerospace, Electronics Assembly, Life Sciences manufacturing environments is seeking a Part-Time Human Resource Coordinator to work 2-3 days per week in our Grapevine TX location . Our search is to locate an outstanding Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator that will provide general administrative HR duties.

RESPONSABILITES:

* Assists with recruitment and interview process. Posts positions, tracks status of candidates and manages candidate correspondence, schedules meetings and interviews as requested

* Yearly company benefits review & negotiation

* Onboarding/Offboarding

* Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants and conducts new hire orientations

* Maintenance of employee files including tracking of all required documentation and filing into appropriate employee files

* Assists with the preparation and implementation of performance review process including creation of tracking spreadsheets and collection of and recording of all completed reviews.

*Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions, and monitors HR and Careers inbox.

*Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current

* Must live close to the city of Grapevine TX

* Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor or Associate degree in business or related area.
2 years HR experience to include staffing, benefits, employee relations, safety, and attendance management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with employment law, including FMLA, ADA, WC, and COBRA.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
