JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing administrative tasks as directed to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Forms, records, and database management
Employee onboarding
Process unemployment claims
Assist EEO Officer with EEO good faith efforts (reporting, training, and presentations)
Administer policies, including but not limited to FMLA and drug testing
Support recruiting efforts by attending career fairs, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates

Qualifications

High school diploma required and associate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Occasional regional travel may be required
Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
Problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Self-motivated; ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service mindset
