Some of your responsibilities:

Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs
Conduct recruitment and TA activities
Manage and maintain the HRIS (Paylocity)
Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives

What you'll need to succeed:

Three years of experience minimum in an HR role
Restaurant or retail HR experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Team player mentality
Authenticity, integrity, diligence
