Some of your responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs
- Conduct recruitment and TA activities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS (Paylocity)
- Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives
What you'll need to succeed:
- Three years of experience minimum in an HR role
- Restaurant or retail HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Authenticity, integrity, diligence
