Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and improve workplace morale.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve HR practices and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
