Talent Acquisition Coordinator

- We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can fully align with our vision and flawlessly assist in the recruiting process from candidate interviewing through pre-employment.
- Work Arrangement Hybrid - This position is expected to report to the Mountainview, California office at least three times per week (and up to 5 times per week as needed).
The Role
- The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is looking for a Coordinator who shares our vision and interest in providing an exemplary customer service experience to our North American based candidates.
- Applicants who have a customer service focus, a passion for providing superb candidate care and always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes will be key to your success.
- Partnering with our Recruiters to deliver a candidate centric hiring experience requires expert judgment and attention to detail to support our growing Software & Services organization.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care
- Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
- Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools
- Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
- Provide in-person candidate greeting and onsite interview support
- Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates
- Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results
- Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years supporting recruiting activities in a Coordinator capacity (including complex interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (particularly Workday), and background check vendor tools (like HireRight)
- Previous experience supporting recruitment of technical roles in a fast-paced environment, particularly in big tech companies
