We need a reliable, organized person to support the daily operations with sales and customers as well as assist the manager with some Human Resource task on occasion. Job Responsibilities
- Help facilitate a fun and high energy employee centered work environment
- Provide great customer service support to employees, vendors and visitors
- Help answer the multi-line phone to answer new lead phone calls as well as existing customers. Keep customers happy by maintaining a positive attitude and providing details of jobs. Also help with answering emails when needed.
- Using pre existing templates to create and send contracts or proposals
- Provide customers with the eta on their products and help provide schedule updates or inspection updates.
- Assist customers with knowledge about the products, our contracts, and procedure of the process after signing.
- Greeting customers at the door and guiding them around the showroom providing them with information and brochures.
- Collect payments from QuickBooks or tracking checks in the mail.
- Following up by calling and emailing customers on contracts and quotes proving them with information and asking if they need anything from us.
- Setting up in-home estimates with our Project Director using our created scheduler. Making sure his day is utilized in the correct cities and within manageable times.
- Keep customers happy by maintaining a positive attitude and providing details of jobs by answering the phone and emails when needed.
- Complete general receptionist duties including greeting visitors and staff, opening mail, answering telephones and handing packages
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spreadsheets and data entry
- Detailed note taker and organized
- Excellent communication skills with clear handwriting and concise vocabulary
- Efficient time management
- Ability to multiple tasks while staying focused and fulfilling daily responsibilities
- Follow directions and clearly understand instructions, asking questions as necessary for clarity
- Diligently work with little to no supervision
- A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to work well with any kind of person or temperament while maintaining composure and protecting brand reputation
- Ability to anticipate challenges and problem-solve
- Flexibility to change direction quickly, without getting lost
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
