Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Director to assist both organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR compliance laws, recruitment strategies, employee development, onboarding processes, employee benefits, and payroll processing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and with senior staff to ensure seamless HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Lead talent recruitment and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with multi-state and federal HR laws
- Manage the onboarding process
- Design and implement employee development programs and training initiatives
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans (401k), and other perks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Work closely with the accounting department to align HR and financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR compliance laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee development, and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with employee benefits programs, including 401k.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
