Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our esteemed team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including crafting compelling job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent for various positions within the club.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the club. Develop and implement effective orientation programs that integrate new employees into our culture and operations.
- Training & Development: Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs tailored to the needs of our staff. Assess learning requirements and develop training modules to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve issues with a focus on maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- HR Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on various HR metrics and training outcomes.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance review processes. Support managers in setting up evaluations, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans.
- HR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the club’s goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in recruitment and training.
**This role will consist of heavy recruiting and training and development. 70%-80%
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Private club experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment and training.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing training programs and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset is a must.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Schedule:
Shift schedule Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. Schedule flexibility is required. MUST be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Shifts will vary due to events, tournaments, etc.

Compensation range: $70k plus bonus
