About the Role:
Promote leadership and accountability for the company and direct reports
Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies and provides guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Effectively manages, coaches, and trains team members
- Oversee our internal talent acquisition and human capital function to ensure the hiring of high performing individuals who will enable Radley to continue our successful growth strategy
- Successfully execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Effectively manages and provides support for administrative processes such as: claims, investigations, tracking for unemployment, workers compensation, return to work, and ACA
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Works proactively with business leaders on various challenges and strategies
- Create positive synergy between stakeholders across all locations
- Ability to develop relationships as a trusted advisor and coach
- Demonstrate business acumen and emotional intelligence
- Keep company manuals, handbooks, and processes documented and up to date
- Be an excellent brand ambassador for the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
- Experience managing team members
- Preferred certified HR professional (or working towards)
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
