Staffing for a Professional IT Services Company Focused on Excellence
Form 10 Group has an immediate opening for the right person to lead our recruiting and staffing functions.
The hiring manager will primarily be tasked with ensuring we have qualified teams in place to meet our busy IT project schedules and our customers’ needs for technical field support.

Our services include large scale deployments of new equipment and solutions, enterprise field maintenance and help desk, program management and logistics, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s recruiting efforts
- Work alongside and lead the other members of the HR team to ensure staffing requisitions and manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Write job postings, screen applicants, conduct video and in person interviews and make hiring recommendations
- Manage complex background check and clearance processes for multiple customers and programs
- Perform company HR and administrative duties as needed
- Support project logistics by overseeing travel arrangements
- Keep detailed and up to date records of technicians’ qualifications and background clearances
- Prepare background clearance and onboarding paperwork
- Work with bookkeeping staff to review and manage contractor travel expenses and payments
- Provide training to the junior members of the HR team
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year program)
- 4-5 years of experience working in HR, recruiting, or as a staffing coordinator or office manager with recruiting duties
- Experience and proficiency in conducting interviews
- Experience working within a time-compressed period and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working in IT and recruiting for technical positions is preferred
- Must be willing to work on-site/in person Monday – Friday in our Tampa, FL office.

- Strong communications skills including ability to provide clear and detailed instructions both written and verbally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Experience level: 4-5 years of experience in HR, staffing or recruiting, or office management
Ancillary Information:
Job type: Full-time. This is not a commissioned recruiter position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Location: Work is performed full time on site at our headquarters in Tampa, FL. Not a hybrid or remote job.
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 salary
