Responsibilities
- Develops and presents information to high school partners and prospective dual credit students and families on dual credit opportunities at A&M-SA.
- Coordinates with high school partners to provide for recruitment, application, and enrollment assistance.
- Monitors the admission and enrollment process for dual credit students through regular partner high school visits; provides group and individual advising.
- Enters student information in Banner Student Information System; maintains student files and records; documents all student information.
- Coordinates the development of student schedules, complies with all rules regarding course pre-requisites and skill levels.
- Monitors the academic progress of students, analyzes early alerts and progress reports from instructors; identifying current or potential needs, or problem areas (study skills, time management, etc.); refers students to appropriate campus resources for assistance.
- Gathers necessary information such as GPAs, enrollment data, mid-term, and final grades; prepares and reviews reports for accuracy as requested by high school partners.
- Assists with the onboarding of new dual enrollment partnerships.
- Manages key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and state governing agencies with the dual credit program.
- Provides timely response to emails and phone calls.
- Participates in professional development appropriate to the functions of the position.
- May supervise student workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Required Education and Experience*:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Five years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
