A Day in the Life: Human Resources Manager
R.W. Zant, a subsidiary of Honor Foods, is looking for it's newest Human Resources Manager for it's Los Angeles location! The HR Manager will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders, front-line employees, and supervisors to ensure the company's culture and performance align with company objectives. This role will include employee relations, leading and supporting complex investigations, talent and performance management and HR administration.

Job Requirements: Is This You?
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both orally and written.
- BA degree in Human Resources, required.
- Minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience.
- Growth and Results oriented; desire to be in leadership/management position.
- 6-10 years of Senior or Manager Level Human Resources.
