HR Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant works closely with facility Human Resource Director to enhance the employment experience for all staff. The primary responsibilities are to assist the Human Resource Director in recruitment, retention, and recognition of staff, manage the employment application and hiring process, provide information and support to staff, maintain and secure all employment related records. This position may also assist in processing time records to submit to payroll for processing.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a high school graduate.
Preferred
- Experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
