This role partners with management to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities. This individual will manage processes and policies including but not limited to talent acquisition, on boarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring that policies are in full compliance with all applicable laws.

Human Resources Director Education/Experience:
BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, and Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Salary commensurate with Education and Experience
Human Resources Director qualifications:
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, agency rules
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance.
- Ability to motivate, develop and direct people.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills , verbal and written communication skills, as well as being organized and professional.
- Effectiveness in managing/balancing cultural and organizational nuances and in building credibility with leaders, managers, and employees.
- Excellent business judgment and demonstrated proficiency in organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience with manufacturing environment and ERP software is preferred.
