Akkodis is seeking a HR Manager/Compensation HR Analyst for a 5+ Months Contract with possible extension position with a client located in New York, NY 10007 (Hybrid 3 days in a week)
Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hour W2.
No C2C candidate is required for this role and only local candidates.
HR Manager/Compensation HR Analyst job responsibilities include:

They are supporting the year-end compensation process – work with HR Business Partners –
Strong Excel Skills: VLookups, Pivot Tables, Macros – pull out themes from the data and work to create new strategies
Access DB skills are nice to have as well
Strong comms:will work with LOB managers and the HR comp team as well. Should have some finserv. Experience as well.
What type of compensation experience: 8-10 years with some of these years working in finserv preferred
Bulge Bracket experience is nice to have – These are the largest finserv companies in the works.
Workflow:LOBs put their comp plans together and this person will work to make sure that those managers are spending within their limits and their pool, etc.
This comp role works with HR business partner and the LOB manager to help them realize what their spending looks like and how things might be shifted around to work things out.
They will identify things that might be outside of guidelines and work to bring them within guidelines.
