About the Position
The Human Resources Director at Mountain Community Health (MCH) is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of personnel policies, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, recruitment and retention of staff, and all aspects of employee relations. This includes the overall operation of the Human Resources, including establishing goals, procedures, and standards. As the Human Resources Director, you will provide strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees, while creating the desired workplace culture and engaged and productive workforce through MCH’s policies, programs, and practices. You will serve as a senior member of the Management Team, support strategic activities within the program, and report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
- SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 7 years’ supervisory experience.
- Healthcare HR, including experience in primary care setting and/or community health centers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resources administration, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, management practices, equal employment opportunity concepts and legal requirements, and salary administration is required.
