Primary Responsibilities
- Supports the full spectrum of talent acquisition efforts
- Lead coordinator for the company’s fleet vehicle program
- Maintains various personnel rosters and related reporting both internally and to external vendors
- Supports company compliance efforts
- Assists in the coordination of employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
- Assists with training and development activities
- Contributes to data analysis and visualization efforts that support decision-making
- Ensures accuracy of data change requests through HRIS system and processes data changes
- Participates in new hire onboarding and termination processes
- Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports
- Partners with Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of employee data for semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
- Provides written and verbal employment verifications
Position Requirements
- BA/BS in human resources, psychology, business, communications or related field is required
- Preference for 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- PHR certification is a plus
- Proficiency with an HRIS systems is a plus
- Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation
- Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office
- This role is executed fully onsite at our Washington, DC headquarters
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail and customer service
