As our Sr. Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Extended Workforce Program, driving efficiencies and enhancing our recruitment strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating on innovative People & Culture initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Extended Workforce Program Management (70%)
- Oversee our Workday VNDLY (Vendor Management System) processes, ensuring seamless contractor hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Continuously evaluate our Extended Workforce Program, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing improvements for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and utilize a vendor scorecard to track performance and compliance, ensuring we partner with the best.
- Manage the VNDLY system, providing administration, user training, and troubleshooting to keep everything running smoothly.
- Conduct training sessions for Workday and VNDLY, ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
Talent Acquisition Operations (30%)
- Drive recruitment marketing and performance by developing and executing strategies that bring the best talent to our door.
- Assist in dynamic recruitment campaigns designed to attract and engage diverse talent pools and communities.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, monitor performance, and make informed decisions to continually improve our processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to align talent acquisition strategies with our overarching department objectives and priorities.
- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our talent acquisition operations are cutting-edge.
Primary Skills & Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on operations and process optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Workday and VMS platforms, with strong skills in system administration and configuration.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Project Management Guru: Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Communication Pro: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
