We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, including job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing orientation documents.
- Supporting benefits administration and maintaining HR records.
- Performing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and managing employee files.
- Assisting in planning company events.
- Maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED with one year of HR experience or pursuing a degree in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with office experience preferred.
