Job Description:
As the HR Director at Denovo, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and driving our talent strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a strategic thinker who can also execute effectively to support our rapid growth and expansion. The role will be remote with regular working days in the Denovo Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote company values and culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Director or similar role in an ERP consulting company or related industry.
- People-oriented and results-driven, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and software (HRIS).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) will be a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position the position of HR Director is $130,000 - $160,000 and for the VP of Human Resources $170k - $200k. The actual salary range is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, and role requirements, and responsibilities. This position also offers a variable bonus based upon company and individual performance and employee stock options. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate. Denovo reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
