ONSITE role Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in finding top-notch talent for our team. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting engaging pre-screening interviews and onboarding stellar new hires.
- Orchestrate onboarding experience, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and fully prepared to thrive in their new roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support to employees and managers. Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by supporting performance management processes, goal-setting, and constructive feedback sessions that help our team excel.
- Ensure our HR practices are always in line with the latest federal, state, and local regulations. Keep our policies up-to-date and communicate them effectively to all employees.
- Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies that reflect our company’s values and support our mission.
- Identify training needs and coordinate impactful development programs, as well as compliance security training courses that foster growth and elevate skills across the organization programs
- Maintain meticulous HR documentation and employee records, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, address inquiries, and ensure that our offerings are competitive and impactful.
- Work alongside the President to support and plan employee social activities such as Holiday Party and office luncheons.. Execute various initiatives including, monthly newsletter with monthly birthday and anniversary recognitions, and life event gifts
- Conceptualize and manage special HR projects and initiatives across the organization
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR managerial or in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ADP WorkForce Now
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
