Summit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Administrator to join our remote team! As a full-time HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of our organization. You will ensure that our company’s policies and procedures are followed while providing excellent support to our employees. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism will be key to fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
- Administer various HR programs and services, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including training and orientation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR-related matters.
- Support performance management processes and handle employee evaluations.
- Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in HR processes.
